Yes. Every assistant signs an NDA, works inside your permissioned accounts, and never stores client data on personal devices. Access is limited to exactly what each engagement needs.

You book a weekly block of hours that fits your workload, tracked transparently against your shared task list. Hours flex up or down with a month's notice, and unused time never vanishes silently — your summary shows exactly where it went.

Usually, yes. Most dedicated assistants combine two or three services — for example inbox plus calendar plus light bookkeeping. If your needs span very different skills, we will say so and propose a two-assistant setup instead.

Standard hours are business days in your time zone, with same-day replies. Weekend or extended cover can be arranged for stores, launches, and support desks — ask on your consultation call.
