Triage rules and a guarded calendar for a busy team.

A course creator preparing a flagship launch with affiliates, live sessions, and hundreds of new students to onboard.
The previous launch ran on memory: emails written the night before, affiliates asking for links that did not exist, and students waiting days for access. The creator wanted this launch to feel effortless for buyers — which meant operations had to be invisible and exact.
We built the launch as a project: a master checklist with owners and dates, an affiliate kit, a student onboarding sequence, and a live-session runbook so nothing depended on anyone remembering anything.
Eight weeks out, every launch asset was listed, owned, and dated — sales emails, checkout tests, affiliate swipe files, and onboarding messages. Weekly reviews kept the board honest.
During launch week the assistant ran the board: access granted within hours, affiliate questions answered same-day, live sessions prepped and recorded, and a daily numbers note so the creator decided with data, not adrenaline.
Students received access within hours of enrolling, all launch week.
Affiliates promoted with ready-made assets instead of asking for them.
The creator spent launch week teaching and selling — not firefighting.
